About Paul

As COO at FPR Group, I direct the operational functions essential to our growth and leadership in the market. My role focuses on optimising sales strategies, enhancing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence throughout the company.

My core responsibilities include Strategic Sales Leadership, Operational Management, Client Relationship Management, Team Development, Budgeting & Forecasting and enhancing our Process Improvement.

Central to the success of FPR Group is the quality of consultants and managers we employ, I work with all staff to assist in the growth and development of their business.  I am very proud of FPR Group’s 33 year history, as a business, we have enabled many people to develop successful recruitment careers.

I believe in putting our clients and candidates at the center of everything we do and this has resulted in us doubling our turnover in the last 3 years.

I have a passion for life and as well as spending quality time with my wife and three sons I support live music, especially Jazz and also enjoy football and cricket.
