Job Description

We are looking for people to join a world-famous name in precision engineering at their site in Havant, to join the assembly and build team. This role would see you working with top engineers to build and fit brand new aerospace parts for a variety of amazing clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a brilliant precision engineering company on your CV, build your experience with aerospace processes, and get to work with some cutting-edge technology.

For this role you will need to have some strong assembly experience/educational background in engineering processes, be competent with different hand and power tools and inspection equipment, and have some knowledge of aerospace or aviation mechanical assemblies.

The kind of tasks you'd be doing are -

- booking orders into your department
- ensuring paperwork is all correct
- logging all work and findings on the database
- assembling new parts from delivered goods.
- using hand and powertools to build new parts
- ensuring schematic drawings are followed correctly
- carrying out inspection procedures to ensure compliance

Strong aerospace or aviation engineering experience is needed, but no formal qualifications are needed.
