Production Line leader
Job Description
Our client is a leading herbs manufacturer, known for high-quality fresh produce and a commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Line Leader to support their fast-paced production environment.
Location: Chichester
Pay: £32,121.79
Shift: Night shift, 6 PM - 6 AM
4 on 3 off shift pattern, working Monday - Thursday
Key Duties of the line leader:
- Lead and motivate your team to meet daily targets.
- Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are upheld
- Monitor product quality and service levels.
- Complete accurate paperwork and support basic SAP use.
- Oversee machinery checks and efficient changeovers.
What You'll Need as a line leader:
- Experience in a similar production role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of safety standards and production processes.
- Basic IT skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).
