Job Description

We are currently looking for support workers for therapeutic children's homes in and around the Crawley area.

We can offer Support Worker shifts in Crawley and the surrounding areas, the shifts are mainly 24hr shifts (with paid sleep ins!) but there are also long shifts and waking nights. Drivers are preferred for this role but not essential.

We are looking for people who preferably have experience in supporting children, young people or within a similar background.

Applying Support Workers will ideally possess the skills and mindset capable of working with vulnerable children and young people who have had to face traumatic issues which has led them to where they are. As a support worker you will be patient, empathetic emotionally resilient. Your ability to create and maintain safe working boundaries between yourself and the young people is of the upmost importance. These are young people whose behaviour at times can be disruptive and unpredictable.
