Job Description

Are you an experienced warehouse/stores operative who has worked within manufacturing environments? Do you have a focus on quality and a keen eye for detail? If so, this Warehouse Operative is for you!

This Warehouse Operative role is working for a manufacturer in Crawley. The role is Monday to Friday, with working hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm. The role is paying around £25,000 depending on experience.

This Warehouse Operative will be focused on managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and quality compliance. Responsibilities include booking in goods, maintaining ERP records, putting away stock correctly, and picking items for production and dispatch. The Warehouse Operative will also handle customer returns, investigate discrepancies, and conduct stock takes. Quality control, reporting issues, and improving stock processes are key aspects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving is required. A forklift license is beneficial but not essential.

You will need:

• Experience within a similar position
• A focus on quality
• Experience with ERP systems
• Forklift licenses are advantageous
• To be willing to commute to Crawley
