As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will span various aspects of our operations. From facilitating the efficient operation of a bustling warehouse to generating order pick lists and meticulously picking and packing items in accordance with customer requests, all the way to the final dispatch of goods. There may also be occasions where you assist in stock control and other facets of the business, ensuring a continuous journey of skills.
Immediate starts are available. These Double Day and Night shifts working from 5.45am am to 1:45 pm in the first week, followed by a rotation to 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the second week Monday to Friday. The night shift hours are 10pm - 6am Sunday to Thursday. Overtime opportunities are available in busy periods. Your hourly rate starts at £12.71, and a prospect for permanent employment lies ahead based on your performance.
Your Role
- Complete orders for timely delivery or pickup, adhering to schedules (including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products).
- Uphold a clean, secure work environment while optimizing space usage.

Upon your initial day, you'll receive an induction on the shop floor, introducing you to your trainer and "buddy" who will provide assistance as you navigate your work tasks.
