Corporate Responsibility
Corporate responsibility is met by good business practice that gives back to the society we work and live in. Here are just some of the things that FPR Group does to embrace that responsibility.
Local Community Commitment
With all our staffing contracts it is our aim to source our workforce from the local community. This has proven to have significant benefits by being beneficial for the local economy as well as being environmentally friendly at the same time.
Supporting Charities & The Arts
FPR Group recognises that as a people based business it is important that we give something back to our local communities by supporting people oriented charities such as Elizabeth Foundation, MIND and Sam’s Haven.
FPR Group is also a supporter of local music and in 2017 is sponsoring 10 student places for local college Jazz musicians to study and play alongside top UK Jazz musicians at the Havant Spring Arts & Heritage Centre Jazz Workshop.
The Environment
FPR Group is committed to operating in an environmentally friendly manner, in accordance with sound environmental practices.
We try to reduce the creation of waste by the adoption of improved operating practices, such as reducing the amount of paper used in the offices, submitting invoices and pay slips electronically, and asking candidates to submit their CV's in electronic format. Where we do create waste we recycle.
All waste is disposed of in a safe and responsible manner, and we keep up to date with Environmental legislation.
FPR Group are looking at new ways to reduce our energy consumption, such as, turning off lights when not in use, unplugging mobile phones as soon as they have finished charging and using timers for heating units.
