Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Millers & Turners)
• Work with high-grade metals to produce precision components for the aerospace industry.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.
• Ensure machining processes meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished parts to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator, experience with Fanuc controls is highly desireable.
• Background in working with high-grade materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and adhere to strict tolerances.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in the aerospace or precision engineering industry is highly desirable.
