Group Quality and Compliance Co-Ordinator

Are you a passionate Quality and Compliance professional ready to take on a new challenge and enticed by a salary of up to £45,000? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team in a hybrid manner at one of this companies sites based in Washington, in-between Newcastle and Sunderland.

The Role: As the Group Quality and Compliance Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's quality management and compliance systems to support business mission and commitment to ISO 9001, 14001, 14064, and 45001 accreditations.

They are particularly keen that for this newly created role, the candidate to have exceptional customer service skills on top of the quality and compliance experience. You'll work closely with the Head of QHSE and other H&S professionals at other sites to move forward their best practices and really help improve the customer service elements.

So what do I need?

  • ISO 9001 overall experience is crucial
  • Exceptional and demonstrable examples of great customer service
  • Experience in the implementation of ISO 9001
  • Experience in compliance
  • Ability to deliver strategic and operational QHSE solutions
  • Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities
  • Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Able to commute 3 times a week to the Washington site (2 days at home)
  • Ideally a certification in a relating field
